At N&N Creations, we want you to have a seamless shopping experience. Since all our products are made-to-order, we do not offer refunds for reasons like a change of mind. However, we are happy to assist with replacements and exchanges in case of any issues.
1. Replacements for Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Products
We provide a free replacement if you receive a product that is misprinted, damaged, or defective due to courier mishandling.
✅ To request a replacement:
1. Submit your request within 7 days of delivery.
2. Provide an unboxing video, clear photos of the damaged product, and images of the original packaging.
3. If the claim is made after 7 days, reprinting charges will apply.
⚠ Claims without an unboxing video and images will not be eligible for a replacement.
2. Size Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues because all our products are made to order, and we do not maintain a physical inventory.
However, if the product you received has a size variation of more than 1 inch compared to our size chart, we will offer a free replacement. To claim this, please provide a clear photo of the product with a measuring tape overlay for verification.
For any other size-related concerns, we recommend referring to our detailed size chart before placing your order.
3. Printing & Color Disclaimer
Colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to CMYK printing processes. Hence no returns will be entertained.
